For Everybody: Rolfing Movement
This course takes place (almost) always on the last Wednesday of the month from 7pm to 8:30 pm. The goal is to improve perception for the body, create more efficient movement and deepen the knowledge how the body works by performing exercises on your own and with a partner. The course is also a good opportunity for you to get to know me.
No registration is necessary, course fee is 15 Euro. No previous knowledge is necessary. Course language is German. In the beginning of each month I send out an email with the topic of the month. If you are interested in receiving this email

For Body Therapists: Kinesiology
This course takes three full days and intends to teach the foundations of muscle testing to body therapists. The muscle test is an excellent tool to improve diagnostics in clinical practice and bring your effectiveness as a therapist to a higher level. Focal points of the course are:
- The muscle test for the most important muscles and a method how every muscle can be tested.
- A method how an abnormal muscle testing result can be corrected.
- A method to decide whether a diagnostic finding is a compensation which should no be treated directly.
- Strategies to use muscle testing in real-live situations.
